As founder of Cornerstone Casket, LLC, "Matt" had the vision to recognize the opportunity within the Funeral industry to provide high quality caskets at a significantly lower price point to create real value for industry customers. After significant investigation and visiting different factories in Asia, he chose to partner with an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing factory for our metal caskets and a large furniture factory for our wood caskets. His confidence and clearly defined goals enabled him to attract and surround himself with very talented and experienced people, which make up his management team. Blessed with a keen sense of humor and clear leadership qualities, he has a clear sense of what he wants and strong drive to get there. Matt has sensitive instincts for business opportunities and possesses an aggressive nature to pursue excellence in all he undertakes.

Executive Vice President/Marketing Director
Scott has 35 years of experience in selling, marketing, and distribution. With a proven track record as national sales manager for two different public companies in establishing local, regional and North American distribution for international companies, he is the ideal person to integrate Cornerstone Casket products into the U.S. market. Scott has spent years successfully working with and influencing CEO’s and executive management at Fortune 500 companies to create large multi-million dollar contracts. He has established national distribution networks for new products in various industries. He is spearheading the opportunity to integrate our products into a very competitive arena. Scott has thrived on similar challenges for many years. He has a BA Communications degree from Brigham Young University.
 Miles Shepard
Vice President of logistics/foreign relations.
Has over 30 years experience in International Business. He spent 12 years setting up joint ventures in China with emphasis on materials requirement planning and forecasting and supply chain logistics. He served as Vice President for International Bridge Inc. Responsible for overall sales and logistics for Japan, Europe, H.K. and Singapore. Miles was President and Owner of China Products. Formulated strategic business plans in China for U.S. companies. Miles worked as Global Director of Logistics for Manufactured Services LTD. and was responsible for 80 million dollars in logistics contracts for 5 Distributions sites in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Miles served in the United States Army with the 75th 2nd Rangers serving in VietNam. Earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
 Bryan Alexander
Chief Financial Officer
Bryan served as Chief Financial Officer at Jefferson Nationwide Mortgage Corporation, a national mortgage broker that produced over $220 Million in residential mortgage loan volume nationally. In addition to overseeing the finances at Jefferson Nationwide Mortgage, he managed the human resource division that was responsible for 125 employees in four different states. He also has five years of accounting and retail banking operations experience with Washington Mutual. Throughout these five years, he carried multiple roles ranging from audit supervision to employee education. Bryan graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Health and Science.
